The property farms 32.5 ha, 3.8 of which through a long term lease. Approximately 70 percent of the vineyard is classed in Cru les Aspres. The vineyard is well maintained with 90 percent of vines being noble varieties. 30 percent of the vineyard, or 10 ha, is planted with Syrah. The average annual yield is close to 40 hl/ha. The wine is predominantly sold in France with a turnover of 375K euros.
